A practical, uplifting and thought provoking workshop to bring calm, joy and well-being to the classroom.

The Creative Mindfulness workshop is suitable for anyone working with children. Mindfulness activities and meditation breathing exercises can be taught within the early years setting and bring great joy to everyone.

The workshop covers:
  1. How to bring more calm into the classroom
  2. Create a more uplifting environment
  3. Promoting well being in children
  4. Learning how to teach young children to pause, enjoy the everyday moments and show gratitude

Please dress comfortably. Class notes are handed out – however, we do ask that you bring a personal note book.
